Check in was smooth, the beds were very comfortable, the view out the window was not so bad (that's kind of a big deal for Mannheim right now in the middle of construction), staff was very professional and friendly. We enjoyed hanging out in the lounge, drinking beer/wine, eating snacks and playing foosball. The hotel was so clean, and the environment inside the hotel was welcoming and fun.

Great location, right in front of a public transit stop, a couple min walk to the planetarium. Comfortable beds, windows that open to the room, great water pressure in the shower, tv showed the American Football Playoff games in real time. Lobby was modern and nice to relax for drinks in and breakfast the next morning.

I liked this modern style of hotel, it has the look and feel that will appeal to younger travelers (unfortunaely I am not one). The shower was excellent, the bathroom nicely laid out and in general I felt like I got very good value for money.

Unfortunately, a large room was not available - I get claustrophobic in small rooms. However, the staff was very accommodating, gave me a corner room which though small, had two windows. Good breakfast.

The hotel had a very nice location with two good restaurants across the street. The room was very clean and comfortable. The check in and out was super quick thanks to the friendly staff.
